Hi, I have filed a TDR request in April and have not recieved the refund till date. I have sent several reminders to the TDR support and they are of no use. I wonder what these people think of general public. They cancel a train which in itself puts the travellers plans on a bad spot, in addition to get the money back, we have to beg them to provide a refund. This is absolutely insane! Just because railways are on monopoly, they just cant keep playing with our money. This is DAY LIGHT ROBBERY! I hope these officials wakesup and ensure they do what they are required to do.
This is the latest chain of mails. I have many more mails that were sent out - IRCTC does not continue the chain, instead creates a new chain everytime.

Hi TDR,
This is getting frustrating. It is almost 3 months since the travel was to be completed. This is disgusting that the organization is run by people who need multiple reminders. I think i just need to move to CONSUMER FORUM and pull in the concerned officials. Can you give me the name and contact of the senior managers in Railways who are responsible for this and I will contact them directly. Alternatively, let me know the person responsible to whom my lawyer needs to initiate legal procedings.
