Yesterday i.e Oct 31st We were booked in A.C II Tier of Hampi Express, train number 6592. for travelling from Bangalore to Bellary. As I understand, the Fare includes a Balanket and also 2 neat bedcover to be provided. To our horror, we found that instead of a neat bed cover, what was given to all passengers was a shabby sheet, which had stain marks also. On enqury with the attendant, the reply was that they have ben given this to distribute. The sheets appeared to be the once used in the previous night and just folded and distribute. What the railways should investigate is whether the railways are paying to the laundry for washing and ironing, and without any work being done, they are beingpaid for and some staffs are involved in any scandal.
