Reservation of Tatakaal E-Ticket

I am using IRCTC.co.in from many years for booking tickets. I found a very common problem with IRCTC, everytime when I start to book tatkaal ticket online, I server fail message, and when server starts work, that time all tickets are already booked.

But when I call railway ticket agent for booking online tickets, they gave me the tickets. While I am accessing the website at the sametime, then how it is possible that server is fail for one user, while it is working for another user.

I am software engineer and worked on saveral big websites in terms of accessing and all.

If IRCTC has to do this things only, then they should remove option of booking tatkaal ticket from their webistes. Why they are making fool to the common people. Why they do not take more extra charges for tickets. What's the meaning of this betrayal to the common people.

Anyone is here to listen my complain. Since I have seen many request for complaints here, but I could not see any solution. Kindly let us know what the solution forum has given to the people and kindly publish it.
