Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I appliws doe cancellation of tickets. I am yet to get the refund the fare (after applicable deductions) despite several reminders and complaints.
Several requests and reminders have been posted in this regard on mail ID's eticket@irctc.co.in and care@irctc.co.in, but of no avail.
