Facing problems with the wrong display boards on trains

Hi,

This is Prasad frm Chennai. I was travelling by Circar Express on 19/03/10 with PNR 0193008644. The train timing is 17.20 and another train which is going to Kachiguda at 17.00 at Egmore Station Chennai. But Circar Express also carrying the same display boards of that kachiguda train & people got totally confused. This was not the first time almost it was happening for the past 3 months as per my observation & it could be more also. I brought this issue to the railway people also. But of no use. If a person reaches the station late & he will just pick up wrong train. If the authorities wont even bother abt the basic responsibilities also, what to do?
