Gold chain snatched from train compartment at Delhi station

Along with my family, I was traveling from Jammu to Kota in Sarvodaya express on 5-April (Train#2476). While train was standing on New Delhi station, someone snatched gold chain from my wife`s neck. At that time, with my son in her lap, my wife was sitting on the window seat#25 in coach S3. This person pulled the chain from outside window and ran away on the tracks. As I was to continue my journey to Kota, we did not lodged the complaint at that time.
