I have booked 8 A/c 3 Tier tickets in Train no. 0236A for journey to Haridwar on 14 April. We reached the platforms by 10:45 pm. We contacted the enquiry and they said the train starts from Pl. No. 11. We waited there then on orwards and now it is 2 am on 15 April. So far no care has been taken for the customers who are waiting for the last 3 hrs. The platforms are so dirty and no fan or bench is arranged. This is too much for a customer who planned some trips paying a huge amount. So, I want proper compensation for the unhealthy premises and mismanagement by the Indian Railways.
I hope that this is to compensated properly.
The dirty premises are to be cleaned, stray dogs are to handled, more information devices to be arranged.
Those who booked for A/C Compartments are to be provided with A/c waiting rooms and other facilities.
