Mis behaviour of station staff at ganjbasoda railway station

I was travelling from ganjbasoda to bina on 14/04 at P.M.while taking inquiry about trains at station, the enquiry clerk misbehaved with me. I Had launched a complaint to Deputy SS at station. Deputy SS behaviour was also not good. Kindly take an strong action against both of them and reply me.
