Air conditioner not functioning in Long distance prestegious train

I was traveling with my family by AC 2 tier in one of he prestegious trains in India i.e. Rajdhani Express, from Hazarat Niazzamudin to Chennai central on 14th May reaching Chennai on 15th May - having PNR No.2302784982 by train No.2434 in AC 2 tier coach - A4 - Berth No.25, 26, 27 & 28. Bogie No.14129. In the journey myself, my wife & my 2 children were also travelling and to my utter surprise & shock, the Airconditioner in the Bogie No.14129 allotted as A4 coach did not function at all.

Me & my family got deprived in getting this comfort even after paying huge charges for Airconditioning in this summer heat. With the result, we were put to greater hardship of not proper ventilation inside the closed compartment added to our fury & agony.

The least we would expect from the Railway Authoririties would be to refund the cost of tickets as well as a nominal compensation for the greater discomfort while travelling in a closed compartment without Airconditioning & ventillation.
