Poor service

My father was travelling in garib rath on 9-6-10 coach no g (3), berth no- 10.from anand vihar to gorakhpur and also came back in same train on 15-6-10 coach no g (4), berth no-35.

during the journey both the time it is observed that the temperature of caoch was around 30 degree celsius causing suffocation and anxiety.

when contacted to coach attendent his comment was " less money less service". he said that acc. to orders given by officers he cant descend the temp. below 27 degrees.

the bed roll was also not provided even demanding many times.

are these orders are given? is it correct that "less money less service"?

these kind of foolishness is causing health problems for the passengers.

so it is requested to take appropriate actions.
