Non supply of Linen despite payment

On 21st June we boarded Garib Rath train No. 2739 at Visakhapatnam to go to Secunerabad vide PNR 644-1067353 Tkt No. ECoR A.51787130 coach G6 berths 34 & 37.

One attendant came and collected Rs.25 each to provide two bed rolls but did not supply 2 pillows and 2 napkins which are a part of bedrolls. This caused tremendous inconvenience in the journey. While he did not give these items despite questioning him, why he did not provide these things to us, he was just ignoring and later providing pillows to other passengers without other items like bedsheets and blankets. I suspect he is making money by exploiting the helplessness of the passengers.

When I asked for the complaints book to register my complaint, he shrugged his shoulders but did not provide the same.

I request you to provide suitable compensation for this lapse and also direct the concerned to avoid recurrence of such.
