Day sunday, date 27th june journey in pawan express towards lokmanya tilak terminus in general compartment. as train left kalyan station 4 taporis entered train first they said to close compartment doors. and later they removed chopper and started to beat passengers and take money whatever they had. its a very serious matter if not controlled today it will result or end with muder anyday. it shows a complete failure from railway for security of passengers. i wished to log complaint with railway protection force. but it might be just another complaint 4 them. hence can any1 help me to directly send complaint to railway minister.? thanks
