Not get fully facilities

Sir/ Madam

We are take journey from Manmad to Jalandhar in Sachkhand Express (2715) on 1-Aug. We have 6 seats in coach A1 numbers are 37-42. With deep heart i have complaints regarding facilities given us in this coach. The AC of this caoch is not working properly, the curtains also get smelled very badly, cleaningness in washrooms also not so good and soaps will not provided us. the charging point of this seates also not in the working conditions by which i can't charged my cell phones and i have lost my communication with my another family members.

But in AC 3 tiec class coaches the facilities given to customers are mer then given in tier AC classes. Even the fare of 2 tier AC class is more than tier AC class. There are two charging points in one row, the curtains are well washed there, the lighting and cooling of the caoch is more efficient than the our coach. We are not satisfied with the facilities given to us in that caoch. I want that you will be compunsate us.
