Internet booking being tampered

Sir

I have been trying to book a ticket on the internet through IRCTC for 30th of November form Haridwar to Chandannagar by Doon Exp 3010. I opened the system at exactly 8 00 o clock. The tickets were all in waiting list. How is it possible that all the tickets are sold out before 8 00 when the booking starts on that day? When the tickets are available for the other days. I found it very irregular and got a feeling that the system has been tampered with. Kindly take the necessary steps so that we consumers (individuals) do not suffer like this.
