Efund against waitlisted ticket pending for the last months

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that my mother and sister were supposed to travel by train from lucknow on 02-Apr-10 but couldn't as both the tickets were waitlisted and the TT refused them to board the train and said that money would be refunded back to you within 5 working days but its been more than 5 months now and we are still waiting for the refund

Since we got the same booked through an agent so we have no check over it
