Money not returned

I have been chasing with Indian Railways to get my refund of the journey which i have not made as train was late by more that 7 hours.

Please refer the attached history.

TDR was filled on 15the January but my money is still not refunded and now nobody is bothering to

reply.

Please help

Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.2629702899 has been forwarded to CCM/NR Railway on 20-Jan. We have already issued Reminders on 28-May to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminders refund is yet to be received from the concerned railway. Now we have sent another reminder on 10-July with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.
