As per the rules every technical staff has to be at least transferred once from his joining place to elsewhere, during his entire service period.

But Mr. Pradeep Sinha, a staff of Tikiapara carshed, Howrah, had never been transferred. He is going to retire on 31st Oct.10. Whenever the questions of posting to different places came, he stopped that by paying bribe to seniors.

The said incident is ultimately loosing the reputations of Railways and morale of fellow employees.
