Dear Sir,

I have booked my motorcycle (GA06B5452) in luggage from Visakahapatnam to Arakkonam vide RR No. 4668-100094 and PW bill no. A-0253286 on 31.03.11, along with my ticket PNR No.625-2163198 and it was lifted by train no. 13351on 01.04.2011 vide SLR No. SE 888726 from visakhapatnam and it is supposed to be unloaded at Arakkonam on 02.04.11, but it has not been unloaded, it is over carried to Alleppy. Since I am working in deffence it is difficult for me to went out every time to confirm whether it has reached Arrakkonam or not but till today (06.04.11) I went to arakkonam station 9 times but my vehicle has not arrived from Allrppy. I am incurring heavy problems and losses lack of transport. I tried to give complaint to nr cell regarding this matter but the number not responding. So kindly take necessary action against this matter and do the needful.
