Senior citizens- wrong berths allocated

Subject: Please rectify URGENTLY berth allocation to senior citizens

My wife and I- Kumkum and Ashok Lal, both senior citizens, are booked on 09/5 in 3A from Dehradun to Delhi on train no. 12206/DDN NDLS (AC Express). We had requested for lower berths. Instead, we have been unfairly allocated seats 46/UB and 48/SU in coach B6- both the berths are upper berths. They will cause tremendous inconvenience to the old couple.
