AC not working

I was travelling with my family on Train No 17240 (Bogie No 90151), it was an AC Chair Car. The date of travel was 16th April from Samalkot to Vijayawada.

The AC was not working and on my repeated complaints the staff were helpless at first and not at all cordial later. The TTE was Mr TD Prasad, the compartment staff were Mr Ramesh & Mr Nageswara Rao.

They refused to give me the Complaint Book to record the same, they said the guard had the complaint book and they would bring it in the next station and the story continued.

It was hot summer and lot of infants and elderly people who were suffering and not knowing what to do?

Kindly Change these old bogies or have the maintanence done. Dont let the passengers suffer.
