Mismanagement of Pune Local Trains

I travel daily between Talegaon to Pune by Local. Ideally it should take around 55 minutes to reach Pune station but because of the improper and lethargic management by pune manager, most of the time, the local stands 'OUTER side' at least for 10 to 20 minutes daily wasting entire travellers time. There is nither regret ever expressed nor they want to do so. How to bare such a irresponsible behavior on daily basis? people become furious daily but accept that nothing will happen even if we complaint. As there is no good frequesny of Local trains in Pune, we have to bare this on daily basis. Local running late is not informed in between stations. Cancellation never gets declared in advance. I have never seen a TC in first class as well! 20% of the passangers in Ist class are ad hoc and generally are out of control to anyone.

Can someone look at this seriously to take some actions or atleast to prepare some action plans?
