Money is not refunded

I tried to book ticket through www.indianrailways.gov.in using SBI internet banking on 18-07.

My ticket was not booked but money has been debited from my account. The debited money for the failed transaction is not refunded till date. please look into the issue.

The reference number given by SBI for the failed transaction is: IG58765124
