Sir/madam

Today I got fortune to travel by shane punjab train.

While I was sitting on the open waiting room at ludhiana station I noticed the heap of the garbage on the platform nearby my seat. Last week I was in Itely I felt the difference. After 65 years of the freedom we are no where as compared to other counteries. I request you to arrange to wash the platform at least twice in a day and also impose some cash panelty on the passengers as well who make the platform dirty. I hope you will take this seriously.
