Charged more by TTE

Hi,

This is Nirmal, I was traveling with e-ticket from Jodhpur to Delhi (Mandor Express). I was carrying duplicate Driving license, TT refused to accept that, and he charges Rs1038 (Rs 538 for New ticked and Rs 500 as penalty)

As I was charged 538 for two tickets from Jodhpur to Gurgaon where as fare is 528 (264*2) for 2 tickets. This is a direct question on TTE’s knowledge, how he can charge in excess to passengers.
