My Parents were travelling from Chapra to Ranchi in 15028 Maurya express, Their PNR No was Pnr -2427411982 . The 2nd AC Coach attendant gave used bed sheet to passengers, when they asked for complaint book he said he doesn't have one. The lavatory was unclean as there was no water as well. When will the NE railway or the SE railway make sure that this does not happen again and again.
