I was traveling by Indian Railways Train no.15722 / Paharia Express from New Jalpaiguri to Mecheda on 10/02. I am a woman and was traveling alone in Coach No. S-8 & berth no.56 under PNR no.620-6489517 & mine was an E-ticket. I was subjected to the following harassments:

1) There was no TTE in the Coach throughout the journey. Even nobody came to check my ticket. There were numbers of unauthorised passengers in the coach next to the toilets, due to which it was not possible for me to go to the toilet.

2) There was no security personnel also throughout the journey.

3) The train was running late by 05 hours which added to miseries of a lone woman like me in the train.

Note: Indian Railways is adding 100s of train every year but the trains run late almost always.
