No refund of tickets which were not booked thru e ticketing

I had booked e tickets for my family. The tickets could not be booked as there was some problem with the network but the money was debited from my SBI Account thru netbanking. I am yet to get my money refunded.

The details are as under.

a) Transaction ID 0404570706 Rs 1176 Dated 15 Oct.

b) Transaction ID 0173588790 Rs 2071 Dated 07 Jan.

c) Transaction ID 0457535853 Rs 160 Dated 15 Feb.
