Respected Sir,

This is to inform you I had booked the ticket Against PNR No-2555136696 on dt 23/09 through my account Id meenunehru. Due to some unavoidable reason I cancelled the ticket on same date. Many times i called customer care they assured me you will get the refund in few days. but still not receive the refund. Please look into the matter, i will really oblige to you.
