Poor service

I has boarded the train no 11063/Salem Express from Chennai to Salem on 6th March'12.To my shock i found that the bed spread the pillow covers were extremely dirty and in a very ugly state of manner. This is not the first time i'm facing such a situation on this train but i have faced this problem many times when i had travelled in 3rd A/C.I felt that maybe things are different in 2nd A/C but to my shock it so dirty that the spread of fungus or any other disease is inevitable. The white coloured bed spread had turned to dirty yellow color, which resembled the kind of cleaning/hygiene that was done. Pls, pls hold the authorities responsible for this. Lets make things better for all.
