Plenty of bed bugs / Unable to sleep

Highly disappointed to notice plenty of bed bugs in 3AC/B1 coach on 6731/Mysore express. Whole coach, no one could sleep. Plus all our baggages now will be carrying these bugs home. It was a horrible experience. My name is E R Ashok Kumar (PNR : 4221323278). My 2 year & 6 year old kid & entire family sufferred. It was night mare experience. Not sure how this can reach the highest level.
One of the passager pulled the chain also, response from authorities is that pest control done on 4th dec & we travelled on 13th Dec.
