Dear Sir
This is the same experience which has happened with my mother and 3 aunts who where travelling in Navjeevan express from Baroda (BRC) to Warangal return journey. We had booked an E ticket (Tatkal) and i left them after the train started. After one hour i got a call from my mother that the TT is asking them to get down or pay 3000 Rs for 4 people. One of the passenger was having a Xerox copy and the TT was behaving with utmost rudeness, you know how they play around with rules which is difficult to be understood by a common old housewives. I personally spoke with the guy over phone and tried to convince him in a polite fashion, requested him that i will arrange some one to bring originals at destination or even arrange an scanned copy or give hime photocopies in next station before it reaches surat for all passengers, and felt that really these kind of guys are not needed for our country. At last they had to pay 3000 Rs and i have requested my mom to keep the ticket and reciept etc, along with the photograph of the guys who were behaving too rudely with the fellow passengers. If the railway authourities will not take action against these kind of guys, i have to personally meet the Sr. Gen Manager along with the Photo of the TT and meet him in person. As it was an embarassing situation for Ladies travelling alone.
I would request the authourities to take the complaint seriously or else we have to take action, with photo prrof of the guys and reciept & ticket copies.
Regards
Bharath
