Does anybody care about these complains ever? Not the touts, the railway ministry is also duping passengers everyday. Why is the railways charging for bed rolls on GARIB RATH and DURONTO trains? That too varies from train to train, for example :- charge for bedrolls on bhubaneshwar-Hatia Garib Rath is Rs.25/bedroll, whereas the Howrah-Puri Garib Rath has a bedroll charge of Rs.50.Why is this bias? Is there anybody who cares to take action against these complains?
