Fraud Train Ticket by INDIAN TRAVELS, Chennai

Mr. Murthy, (Phone no – 08939732857) representative of M/s INDIAN TRAVELS, whose desk is at R.K GUEST HOUSE (Address: 9, Perumal Mudali Road, Behind Woodlands Theatre, near EXPRESS AVENUE Mall, Royapettah, Chennai-14), provided us 4 Confirmed Tickets on AC-II Tier Sleeper class from Chennai to New Jalpaiguri in 126753- MADRAS –NJP EPXRESS (Journey date- 28/3, PNR No- 4239769573) & charged us 10, 882/- as TATKAL TICKET rates. But when we boarded the train, we found that 3 tickets are RAC only, and 1 ticket was still on waiting list. In the whole journey, we have lots of problems as we dint have any confirmed berths.

I demand compensation from INDIAN TRAVELS for my harassment in the long journey, even after payment of full rates.
