Free air tickets

I had ordered and received my copy of "collins complete history of the world with slip case" alongwith the free gifts of RBK watch, books and CDS. However, the free air tickets worth Rs.7000.00 have not yet been received. I have spoken to the executives at 011-40502424 and written nos. of mails and I have been assured that I will get my free air ticket shortly, but till today I have not received it. May I request you to kindly look into it and have my tickets despatched expeditiously without any further delay. My particulars are appended below:-

I am really constrained on the lackadecical attitude shown by the people involved in dealing with this. And it appears to me that I have been left with no option, but to approach the "Consumer Court" to get my free air tickets for Rs.7000.00, which were promised by the organisation.

I do not want to create any unpleasantness and embarassement to the reputed organisation like this but I will be compelled to take this action, if you do not honour your committment and send me the air tickets,
