Not recevied refund money from last 6 months

I place an order to "india today book" clubworth rs 2599.my membership number is ITBC095666.

i refused my order immeditaly, they have acknowledged my cancellation order but i have not recevied my refund back since last 6 months.they are misguided me from last 4 months

i request to icomplaint department to take apporpriate action against "india today book club".and help me to take my refund back as soon as possible.
