Non-refund and cancel the confirm ticket by customer care department

I canceled the tkt vide pnr. no. da-07681928, 07682180, 07682340, 07682527, 07682687 in the month of 13th march by c.c. dpett. and airport counter by could not recd the refund till 02.06.2007. and their c.c. person says after waiting of 2 hours on tel. they answer that u will find in next week and now says that they have made the payment but where.

Air deccan is a fraud and cheat co. the govt. should take the action against him. This poor, cheap staff, and third class arrangement of seating allotment like a village bus or tractor troley.
