Dear sir, ma flight is on 6.40am on 25th of august and i reach the report counter at 6.16am due 2 some taxi probs.bt they refuge 2 let me in even without ma luggage... cn't u atlis consider for 5 or 10 mins.??? i nyd u 2 giv me an explanation abt why u cnt even consider for 5 to 10 mins... and moreover, they refused even 2 refund some amount... i usualy usd 2 go by indigo everytime n it never hapen like this before... this is the first time that they dnt giv even consideration... i'm a student so can u plizz look into the matter n reconsider it... i'l b grateful to u if u refund the money...!! hope you'll chek it n clear everything..i'l b hoping for that, thnxxx... yours sincerely, ndanthailiu gangmei PNR-R78LCL MOBILE NO.8951706329
