Railway Site not working

Is often noticed we are not able to book the tickets from 8:00 am to 8:35 am for tatkal

ither the site is not working or it gets totally hanged

But can see that after 8:35 am the site is working perfectly alright and all the tickets are already booked

I doubt it is done purposely... Is it for Agents or dont know why

Railway officials should try once doing online ... & check the true facts
