Non Attendance of Telephone for Booking of Refill

Indra Indane Service, Pondicherry (Code No : 7528988) is one of the distributors for Indane in Pondicherry. I am their customer and my Customer No is PY 02570. I have been trying to contact them the whole of today (at least 25 times), but to no avail. Both their Land line Nos say" All lines are busy: try after some time" all the time . 4 out of 5 Mobile Nos are either switched off or 'not in use'. The one mobile no is not being attended at all.

This is the case almost every time we try to contact them for gas booking. May I request you to advise them for better service/response in future. The service offered is pathetic to say the least.
