INFANT MOTORS, RAMAMURTHYNAGAR
VERY BAD SERVICE

Dear All

I am SUSHEN, I have Bajaj Pulsar 2007 Model, recently I have given my bike for general service at ''INFANT MOTORS' in Ramamurthynagar Main road on 06.03.2012 9:45AM. I had Mileage and Pick up problem only which is reported to Mr. Francis (8951556434), later he verified my bike and gave a estimated cost of repair approx Rs.2100/- and he promised me to deliver by bike same day evening. I agreed for that and left my bike with him. I got a call from Mr. Francis informing me that entire wiring in my bike got burned and it costs Rs.3000/- (This is happenned due to mis handling while wasthing bike and due to short circuit). I agreed for that and asked him to replace the new wires where ever require. But, he has not delivred my bike in the same day and later in the evening he promised me to deliver next day, even that not happenned he post poned to 08.03.2012. Again i got call from him saying switches & speedometer burnt it costs Rs.3050/-. I was upset and asked him to change only switches and not speedometer and i finnaly paid them Rs.5000/- apprx and taken back my bike which is badly needed to me. They delivered my bike without charging battery, everytime i have to kick start. I informed Francis and he asked me to take my bike to him and he will set alright. I told him, since I will be busy all time again and again I cant come to your service center and get repaired and lost faith on Infant motors.

INFANT motors have unskilled labour, they speak to customers very Obidiently, honestly but they are not. DONT GIVE YOUR BIKES FOR SERVICE AT INFANT MOTORS, RAMAMUTHYNAGAR, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU VERY BADLY.
