Amount deduted, Ticket not booked

I tried booking ticket on IRCTC. It worked fine till payment transaction and didnt book ticket. When i checked for availability it showed 45. But after amount deducted still it shows availability as 45. So again i booked ticket. but deducted amount is not returned. Please help me in claiming for the lost amount.
