Inidan oil petrol pump is cheating

One of the Indian Oil petrol pump at NEW BEL ROAD, NEAR RAMAIHIA HOSPITAL, OPP NANDINI RESTAURANT, DEVASANDRA, BANGALORE is cheating the customers. This has happened to me thrice. Whenever a customer asks for petrol amounting to a certain amount, they simply stops the meter at Rs. 30. When asked that it was not Rs. 30, they start the pump again at Rs.30 saying that the balance amount has been filled. Thus they try to cheat a customer by Rs.30 everytime. When I asked for the clarification they started arguing with me. Please try to avoid NEW BEL ROAD, NEAR RAMAIHIA HOSPITAL pertrol pump if possible or get out of your car to check the readings properly before paying them money.
