Transfer of connection

Sir this is to inform you that my father is old and staying at kanura (ara) having an indane connection with consumer no 34264 dt 1/8 at gas agency sl enterprises, garden house, pakadi, ara 802301.Recently when contacted to the distributer we came to know that my connection has been transferred to sahpur (bihya) without our infromation.with regret i inform you that we are facing hardship and we are forced to purchase cylender by paying more money.how this possible that without giving request from out end our connection can be transferred to other agency.please do needful in bringing back our connection to the same agency.
