I own a Ford Figo, High end Titanium. I bought it in September. At the first service I had a bad experience and lodged the complaint and then evrybody had woken up and started responding.

Next experience is since I was out of station for quite sometime, I had disconnected the battery. As a result while reconnecting the music system was not working and I told my driver to restart it by going through the manual. unfortunately he could not do it and the code got locked. as advised in the manual I send it to the PERUNGUDI Service station of MPL FORD, they told that they will deliver the music system next day and they took it out. This had happened almost 20days ago.on enquiry next day they said they could not do it they have sent it to workshop or factory and it will take 5days. One Mr. BEN'S VERSION WAS THIS.His mobile number is this9600051951. then the next 5 days also gone and on seventh day on phone (24.1.2011), I was told that it will be ready by next week monday from that day. Now yesterday i.e. 3.2.2011 I got a call, kindly come and collect your system. I was going for a meeting. however I again called to know from where I had to collect, customer care was apathetic, and then ultimately the lady who took the phone told that she will call and let me know. Iwaited and didnot get any response, so called Mr. Ben or so in the above cell number, and to my surprise he told me that he had no clue about my car music system, he would get back to me. He called me after a while to inform me that they were giving me a replacement for the time being and later they would give me my original.

I am surprised that to rectify the code lock a company like Ford takes this long. I didnot want the replacement, because I sense that I had to live with the replacement only with my experience of the service men Ford delivers. I want my system back, as early as possible, and would request if you can not handle the situation why then you insert this kind of technology, which is so complicated? Now my next step is go and sell the car once I get back my system and buy a better service providers good vehicle. Somebody was supposed to visit my hospital and my colleagues to sell the car amongst the doctors, the doctors have got the message. I go to Madras Gymkhana and many more places I have told my experience.
