Not deliver properly

Iam a consumer of ioc gas at chennai.my dealer venket gas agencies at triplicane is not responsds properly. i have booked gas 20 days back but not delivered so far . on a previous occasion also had experienced similar kind of problem. this problem happened to me so many customer also have the same problem. please look into my complaint and do the needful . my consumer no is 16166.
