Non avalabality of refill

I have booked for indane refill over ivrs on 30.10.2010. vide booking no.-1, again i enquired for refill to m/s Pal Enterprise Of Bauria, Howrah, on 20.11.2010. they replied within 3-4 days i will get the refill. On 25.11.2010 i complained to indane gas complain on phone no.-155233, vide complain no.-53985 . Again today i called both my dealer & IOCL (155233) they informed that IVRS is out of order. Asper their suggestion today i again booked for refill vide booking no-3553. I have both the empty cylinder in my house. Please do the needful.
