Again delivery and booking

I am (Tribhuwan Nath Srivastava Addres-K 50/43 Ambia Mandi Varanasi Contact no-9450013445) is a customer of lpg gas cylinder. My agency Name is Shree Hanuman Gas Sewa Teliabagh Varanasi. I am facing various problem regarding gas booking since two years.

My problem is that whenever I do telophonic booking, it is many times cancelled or ignored and usually they tell me to do counter booking. And when I do counter booking at least I have to go three to four times to the office for getting gas cylinder in every month. In counter booking I have to re-book gas cylinder after 10 days of first booking because they dont consider it as a complain instead they book it as new booking. Finally I get the gas cylinder after 20 days of re-booking.

Now I think you understood my problem. Kindly consider my problem and take a serious against it.
