Dear Sir,

My card no is S18715. I have booked for Gas on 15-09. Till now I have not received and whenever I enquired at their office they assured within two days. This is the story is repeating everyday. Also there is no systematic record to understand the status of serial no. This was doing by your support. Because I have written such complaints earlier. No action was done by you. So the same process is going on. Now here I want to know the status of Gas position and pl. give me my booking dates and delivery dates in your system of earlier. This message was sent by e-mail shown in IOCL site. But it was not received by your system. The Gas dealers phone mostly in out of order. It is a common problem. Everybody knows well. No action by company.
