REFUND OF MONEY

Sir.

I have tried for booking online railway ticket yesterday ie 25/10. Due to some problem transaction could not completed. But I received SMS showing the deduction of Rs.573/- (approx.) There is no any booking in my "BOOKING HISTORY" also.

So kindly look into the matter and please make an arrangement for the same refund under intimation to me.
