Improper practice by Indane distributo

Dear Sir,

The Nabarun Gas Service (453, Burnpur road, Asansol-713304, Ph-0341-2251840), an INDANE distributor is involved in various types of malpractices. While complaining to them, they are very much aggressive and odacious in their response. They always keep their phone engaged during their office hour, so that nobody can book the gas cylinder by telephone. The deliver period has been gradually increased from two weeks to more than one month. Inspite of repeated complaints, they have failed to mend their ways. We request the IOC authority to look into the matter so that we, the customers of Indane (attached to the above distributor) get trouble free service.
